The Time Capsule (Japanese: タイムカプセル Time Capsule) is a mechanic in Pokémon Gold, Silver, and Crystal that allows players to trade Pokémon back in time to Pokémon Red, Green, Blue, and Yellow. Reason: USUM details; every non-Poké Transporter related glitch to be checked to see if it still occurs in v1. The colors used for the classification are red, blue, yellow, green, black, brown, purple, gray, white and pink (orange isn't used in the games, with most orange Pokémon being either classified as either red, brown, or yellow).
